Shipping is free within the United States on eligible orders.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped within 7 business days.
Tracking numbers are provided by email after dispatch.
7. Refund and Return Policy
We want you to love your experience with Salon Care.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a return or refund:
- Contact support@saloncare.com with your order number.
- Explain your reason for return (include photos if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after product return is processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
